A 15 min guided relaxation exercise, focused on taking your awareness to different parts of the body, using the breath awareness and, in particular, the exhale to let go. This exercise focuses on those 'bridges' of the body, the motor areas that are quick to hold tension and slow to release, and will help you to let go of key areas of tension and experience a deep relaxation of mind and body, quickly.
